Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through online platforms, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the recruitment system.
  • Support background checks, pre-employment requirements, and reference verifications.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive applicant experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR support (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Starting salary: PHP 18,000 - PHP 20,000
