
HR Associate for Talent Acquisition

The HR Associate is responsible for managing recruitment activities for assigned accounts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. Highly creative in devising digital campaigns which will support recruitment marketing, talent attraction as well as social media management.
KEY FUNCTION (S)
Talent Acquisition Efficiency
- Manages and administers the end-to-end recruitment, selection and hiring process, from understanding staffing needs, sourcing candidates, to onboarding new hires.
- Posts, sources, recruits, and screens qualified applicants for open positions using tools like job postings, social media, and networking.
- Collaborates with hiring managers on specific job requirements and candidate selection criteria.
- Conducts interviews and coordinates follow-up activities with candidates.
- Supports onboarding and orientation processes to integrate new associates smoothly.
Administrative Support
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to the section in maintaining documents, creation of 201 files, preparing reports, and facilitating communication across departments.
- Supports the preparation and validation of regular and need-based reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Encodes and processes new hires' employment information to HR system for records requirement
- Prepares and reproduces all application processing forms such as Application Forms, Interview Assessment Forms and other forms.
- Handles office administration and management including request of supplies, Environment Of Care (EOC) compliance, preparation of check requisitions (RFP) , purchase orders (PO), and other logistics support.
- In-charge of validation, approval routing, management and safekeeping of documents such Workforce Requisition Form (WRF), supplier's invoices and billings
- Checks candidates requirements for completion, and process endorsement to HR Information System (HRIS) section
- Assists in logistical requirements of the department's external and internal activities such as but not limited to Career Fair, School partnerships, road shows, and functional group engagements
- Performs other tasks relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or group head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS /COMPETENCIES:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Managemet or any related courses
- Six (6) months experience in any related field; [Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply]
- Excellent relationship management
- Stay updated on talent attraction trends, tools, and technologies to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Proficient in software applications such as CANVA,MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Movie Maker Apps.
