Job Description

  • Provides applicants for vacancies
  • Recommends qualified candidates for presentation to assigned department.
  • Conducts initial evaluation, screening and interview of applicants to fill job orders.
  • Calls and schedules applicants who applied online for a preliminary interview, screening and profiling.
  • Prepares necessary documents for documentation and processing of selected applicants.
  • Prepares and generates recruitment reports for submission to HR Manager.
  • Performs general clerical duties in relation to the recruitment process.
  • Assists applicants /employers and performs other necessary tasks during employers' interviews.
  • Performs field recruitment activities, special recruitment activities and job fairs, if needed.
  • Create innovation candidate sourcing strategies and help drive recruiting campaigns and job openings.
  • Attend new hire orientation to promote Employee referral program.
  • Attend job fairs to represent the company and hire new applicants.
  • Look for partnered universities schools for OJT Deployment.
