Job Summary:
HR Associate will support day-to-day HR functions with guidance from Global HR. This role will provide comprehensive HR support in recruitment, compensation and benefits, policy rollout, performance management, and general administrative tasks. The HR Assistant will work closely with the Director and Global HR to ensure that HR practices and processes align with the company's global standards and support the organization's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and assist in talent pipeline management.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company and their roles.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are in line with company policies and regulations.
- Process regular government remittances and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and compensation data, updating them as necessary.
- Support employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and government remittances
Policy Implementation:
- Work closely with Global HR to assist in the implementation of company policies, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Ensure that policies are communicated effectively to employees and are consistently followed.
- Assist in updating policies as needed based on local and global regulations, best practices, and company goals.
Performance Management System:
- Support the implementation of the performance management system, including coordination of performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist in tracking employee performance, identifying training and development needs, and supporting career progression initiatives.
- Help in managing employee goal-setting processes and ensuring that performance management processes are effectively communicated and followed.
Admin Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR records, filing, and handling employee inquiries.
- Assist with employee data management and ensure HR systems and databases are updated accurately.
- Handle other HR-related administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.
Other Tasks:
- Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed, including employee engagement activities, training programs, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with Global HR on special initiatives and ensure that local HR processes align with global best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned to help the HR department and other departments of the company meet its objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
