Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job postings.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Support HR processes such as employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Help address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related concerns.
  • Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR (5 years preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
