About the role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at CPI Management Services' vibrant office in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position with a dayshift schedule.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to their inquiries, concerns and complaints
  2. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  3. Resolving customer issues efficiently and in accordance with company policies
  4. Providing accurate information to customers and guiding them through relevant processes
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and escalating feedback to management
  6. Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  3. Familiarity with customer service best practices and call center operations
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult customer situations
  5. Problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions for customers
  6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
