About the role

CPI Management Services' is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic call centre team as Call Center Agents. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests. The role is based in our Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues effectively
  3. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Adhering to call centre protocols and key performance metrics
  6. Actively participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Demonstrated experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred, but not essential)
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
