About the role

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic call centre team at ASIA REACH INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT & CONTRACTOR SERVICES INC' as full-time Call Centre Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, drawing on your excellent product knowledge and communication skills
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  • Identifying and escalating issues that require further attention or specialised support
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
