About the role

CPI Management Services' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team in our Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, answering their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing information about our services and products, as well as assisting clients with any issues or requests
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a call centre or customer service-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
