About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. In this full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the telecommunications industry. With no final interview required, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns
  2. Maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful demeanor at all times
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and empathetic manner
  2. Familiarity with call centre operations and a good understanding of the telecommunications industry
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to type quickly and accurately
  5. A positive attitude, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
