About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, to help drive the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new hires
  • Administer and maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits and leave management
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Conduct HR audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management and training programmes
  • Act as a trusted partner and advocate for employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
