HR Specialist

Job Description:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and ensure legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted partner to company functional leaders on all aspects of human capital
- Manage employee relationship from onboarding to offboarding, including offer letter, contract preparation, visa (work permit) application, orientation, promotion, transfer, demotion, resignation, retirement, coaching, employee grievance, disciplinary action and other related procedures and daily work.
- Manage compensation and benefits based on market competitiveness and government regulations, including timely and accurate run of payroll.
- Implement rules & regulation on environmental protection and safety at workplace.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Implement learning strategy and training programs based on talent development needs.
- Develop HR strategies and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned to current and future business needs. Maintain and update employee handbook, contract/offer letter template
- Ensure process compliance and support decision making through HR metrics.
- Manage HR incidences and ensure timely communication of company policies, HR programs and employee events
- Enhance process efficiency and manage talent experience through digital automation
- Mentor junior HR team members and nurture a positive working environment
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good human relations ability, be professional in handling interpersonal relationship, and doing ideological work; highly motivated; strong sense of responsibility.
2. Familiarity with local labor law
3. Strong technical skills, including significant experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
4. Quick response, responsible, high-efficiency and active.
5. Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
6. IT outsourcing industry preferred
7. Working experience in related area in MNC companies is a plus
