We're seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Senior Specialist to lead our HR function in the Philippines during an exciting period of growth and workforce transformation. In this strategic and hands-on leadership role, you'll partner closely with executive leadership to shape our People strategy, elevate our employer brand, and deliver a best-in-class employee experience tailored to the Philippine BPO environment.

You will oversee all aspects of HR operations from compliance with DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations to implementing scalable systems and policies. What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of proven track record as a senior HR leader in a Philippine BPO or shared services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor law, DOLE regulations, and employee benefits requirements.
  • Experience leading through organizational change and workforce transformation.
  • Strong background in HR systems, payroll, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City
