Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Payroll Specialist to manage and process company payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Xero and a strong understanding of HR and payroll practices. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations, compliance with labor regulations, and proper employee compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in Xero (required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR accounting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international payroll laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and general computer applications.
  • Can work independently and efficiently in an office-based setup.
  • Available to start immediately.
