Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline
  • Facilitate in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as contracts, employee records, and compliance with labor requirements.
  • Provide support on other HR-related tasks and initiatives as needed to ensure smooth HR operations.
