We're looking for a 
Paid Ads Specialist
 with 
minimum 2 years experience
 in running and optimizing ads on 
Meta, Google, and TikTok
.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google & TikTok)
  • Monitor data & drive performance improvements (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Build and test creatives, audiences & funnels
  • Report results and insights to the team
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams
  • Stay updated with algorithm and ad tech trends
    Qualifications
  • 2+ years hands-on ads experience (Meta & Google required, TikTok a plus)
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics & tracking
  • Proven experience scaling e-commerce campaigns
  • Skilled in A/B testing & optimization strategies
  • Experience managing multiple brands/accounts
  • Strong communication & reporting skills
    Nice to Have:
  • Experience running ads for consumer products/e-commerce
  • Creative testing and funnel strategy knowledge
