Core Responsibilities (3 Cores)

  1. End-to-End Recruitment

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, networks, and innovative recruitment strategies.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  1. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Develop strong employer branding strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment, and professional events.

  1. Recruitment Analytics & Compliance

Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and hiring efficiency.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards.

Recommend improvements for recruitment processes and tools.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business requirements.

Effective talent pipeline management to reduce time-to-fill critical roles.

Continuous improvement in candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Time-to-Fill: Average number of days to close a vacancy.

Quality of Hire: Performance and retention rate of new hires within the first 6 months.

Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of job offers accepted by candidates.

Candidate Satisfaction Score: Measured via post-interview feedback.

Cost-per-Hire: Optimization of recruitment spending vs. quality results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, headhunting).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

High sense of urgency, adaptability, and passion for people and growth.
