SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Monthly Salary: ₱27,000–₱33,000
  • Transportation Allowance: Provided (as part of compensation)

  • Full-Time RTO, from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. - 6:36 P.M., located at 210 Speaker Perez St. Barangay Maharlika, Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field
  • 4–5 years' professional experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work in a start‑up and handle pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, mediation and communication skills; proficiency with HR and payroll systems, including platforms like KAMI Workforce
  • Proficiency in tech tools, specifically in scheduling, spreadsheets and word processing. Experience working with Google Workspace is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Deus Enterprises Co. as a HR Officer and play a key role in leading recruitment, employee relations, policy development, training, compensation and HR reporting. Reporting directly to the Management team, you'll build and implement HR strategies that support our expanding organization and foster a positive work environment.

This is a full‑time, onsite position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:36 p.m.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Design recruitment plans, post job ads, assess applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the HR touchpoint—manage employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a supportive work environment.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies, maintain employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with current labor regulations.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, deliver learning sessions, and oversee performance management and development programs.
  • Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and recognition programs.
  • HR Reporting & Administration: Maintain employee records, generate reports (turnover, attendance), and deliver data-driven insights.
