We are a dynamic and growing company looking for an HR & Admin Officer who will play a key role in supporting our people and ensuring smooth business operations. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people and workplace efficiency, we'd love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and administrative files.
- Manage office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and Administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRIS systems is an advantage.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
