HR & Admin Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The role will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting employee engagement.
- Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Handle SSS sickness/maternity benefit claims and reimbursements.
- Manage employee government loan applications and postings.
- Draft, review, and implement company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure timely remittance of contributions and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, permits, and vendor coordination.
- Perform other HR and admin tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
