Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Location: Quezon City Office

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR operations, focusing on payroll, government compliance, and company registrations. The successful candidate will supervise HR functions, ensure timely processing of employee compensation and benefits, and support management in maintaining compliance and smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee filing, reporting, and payment of mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Monitor and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead the enrollment of employees in mandatory benefits and company programs.
  • Supervise the renewal and updating of company licenses, permits, and memberships.
  • Provide guidance and support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of HR experience, with supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and mandatory benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Experienced in handling company license renewals, permits, and memberships.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
