About the role

As an HR Officer at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and will involve a range of HR responsibilities to ensure the smooth running and development of our talented team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including advertising roles, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
  • Administering payroll, benefits, and leave management
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Willing to start ASAP.
