JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVES :

The job provides practical, consistent, and proactive support, guidance and advice to other department heads on manpower related issues, HR policies & procedures, employment processes, rewards and recognition, industrial relations, learning and development to facilitate in achieving the objectives and goals of the Company. Performs human resources management functions and programs relating to talent acquisition/hiring, employee relations and discipline, compensation and benefits, employee movement, legal risks and compliance management and organizational matters to build a sustainable and thriving organization.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor of science degree in Management , Psychology, Humanities and/or Behavioral Science or related fields.
  • 5 to 10 years of generalist and operational level experiences, including at least 5 years managerial experiences in a manufacturing and/or food services and sales and marketing.
  • Certificates and trainings related to human resources and administration.
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to listen, articulate feedback and verbalize ideas.
  • Knowledge of the relevant and trending HR technology and HRIS to include Working Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power point.
  • Effective Interpersonal Relationship Skills with solid ethics and moral, and service- oriented.
  • In depth knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, metrics and best practices.
