**Junior HR Executive

Location: Quezon City

Employment Type: Permanent
Role Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly Junior HR SPOC to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as the first point of contact for employee-related queries at our Quezon office. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic, healthcare-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the local HR contact for employees and managers on general HR queries and procedures

Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions

Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and basic payroll support

Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training coordination

Coordinate with corporate HR for policy communication and implementation at the local level

Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies

Prepare basic HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and turnover

Help in scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment efforts as needed

Facilitate exit formalities and conduct basic exit interviews

Support in processing employee benefits and address related queries

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

1–2 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internship experience may also be considered)

Familiarity with local labor laws is an advantage

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
