Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator – Local Operations is responsible for overseeing daily project execution in the assigned area, ensuring alignment with KPIs from HQ. The role covers manpower sourcing and management, routing and scheduling, inventory and hub maintenance, budget handling, reporting, and troubleshooting. This position also serves as a liaison between HQ, clients, and local teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and deploy the required manpower complement within the assigned area according to project requirements.
- Lead the training, supervision, and performance monitoring of manpower to ensure job fit and compliance with project mechanics.
- Manage routing and scheduling of manpower and ensure timely execution of daily operations.
- Track and monitor project allocations and target completion.
- Maintain satellite hubs or warehouses, ensuring inventory, project consumables, and tools are complete and functional.
- Ensure timely submission and consolidation of reports from team leaders.
- Prepare budget requests, handle manpower-related expenses, and ensure proper and timely liquidation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure proper execution and compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related concerns in assigned areas.
- Act as liaison between Head Quarters and regional clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Ensure preparation and accuracy of payroll guides and manpower documentation.
- Support client servicing and ensure project alignment with KPI goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- College level education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Preferably with strong experience in activations and manpower management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Above-average communication skills in Filipino and local dialects
- Comfortable with client interfacing and fieldwork
- Strong network of manpower in the assigned area
- Experience in leading teams or managing an area
- Willing to work long hours and be assigned anywhere within the region
- Preferably with a motorcycle or car

Willing to deployed in Gumaca, and San Francisco.
