HR Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.
- Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Support career development initiatives and training programs.
- Update and maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Handle employee exit procedures and offboarding documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
