Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in DTR is a must.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documents
- Handle daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring of site personnel
- Coordinate with head office and suppliers for deliveries, requests, and logistics
- Manage site files, memos, permits, and reports
- Assist in procurement and inventory monitoring of materials
- Prepare reports and documentation for site activities and meetings
- Support the Project Manager and Engineers in administrative tasks
- Ensure the smooth flow of communication on-site
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (construction background is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Can work independently and handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned full-time at the project site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bacoor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Admin Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
