JOB SUMMARY
An Administrative Staff provides essential support for the smooth day-to-day operations of an organization. This position provides essential administrative and organizational support to the sales team, managing documentation, coordinating orders, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting and office operations to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintaining both physical and electronic files, databases, and records.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the office environment is organized and functional.
- Managing the flow of documents, ensuring accuracy, and archiving them appropriately.
- Receiving, processing, and verifying sales orders from various channels (online, phone, email), issuing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, sales records, contact details, and sales activities.
- Handling and ensuring accurate cash payment when required
- Ensuring returned items are correct and accurate in number and file them properly (both manual and digital)
- Performs other functions related to the job as may be required by the exigency of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
