The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office by providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating resources, managing office systems, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and clearly with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial data management.
- Direct experience working with or for a Security Guard Agency, or significant experience managing facilities security protocols.
