JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • In charge of Personnel request for new and vacant position for hiring.
  • In charge of Screening and selection of new applicants.
  • In charge of Evaluation of all applicants.
  • In charge of performance evaluation to all new employees.
  • Submit application for exams and interview of the HR Supervisor, HRD Director and Reporting.
  • Process Pre-employment requirement of all approved applicants.
  • Plan the Monthly report of manpower needs.
  • Prepare turnaround time of resigning employees.
  • Submit recommendation for employees to continue their employment at SCHMC.
  • Update all 201 Files.
  • Attend to Medical Services and Admin meeting in the absence of the HR Supervisor.
  • Reminds and update all license of employees.
  • Perform the other duties as maybe assigned to you from time to time by the corporation.
  • Prepare Training certificate for all HRD Seminar.
  • Collect and update Training certificate of all employees and put them under 201 File.
  • Prepare new contract of new staff (Probationary).
  • Update contracts of all employees and endorse status change of Probationary to Regular.
  • Issues Clearance form to all resigning employees.
  • Attend to employee recommendation for transfer and promotion.
  • Prepare monthly report on manpower breakdown.
