Sales Manager

Conducting regular sales meetings and providing coaching and feedback to team members
Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service they receive
Establishing sales and revenue quotas and monitoring the performance of sales staff
Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities
Nurturing relationships with collaborators and clients
Developing sales strategies, including special promotions and campaigns
Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Identify new business opportunities in the commercial kitchen, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, including commercial kitchens, hotels, and restaurants. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects, creating customized sales presentations and proposals.
Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to identify new business opportunities, adjust strategies accordingly, and ensure growth in target markets and profitability.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our kitchen and bakery equipment portfolio to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive decisions.
Implement and maintain sales processes and systems to drive efficiency
Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management
Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the Admin Manager or General Manager
Qualifications
v Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
v Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen equipment, manufacturing, sector.
v Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
v Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
v Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
v Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
v Must be willing to relocate in Bacoor Cavite or nearby municipalities
v Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales manager or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
v Good computer skills (MS Office)
v Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
v Excellent verbal and written communication skills
v A team player with high level of dedication
v Willing to start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
