About the role

We are seeking a talented Production Baker to join the team at Good Pastry Café' in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a full-time Production Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and baking of a variety of high-quality pastries and baked goods to meet the demands of our thriving café business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Mixing, kneading and preparing dough for breads, rolls, and pastries
  2. Accurately measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes
  3. Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
  4. Monitoring baking processes to ensure consistent quality and doneness
  5. Packaging and labelling finished baked goods for distribution
  6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety standards
  7. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new product ideas and recipes

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Production Baker or similar role in a bakery or café setting
  2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and sanitation procedures
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
  6. Passion for creating high-quality baked goods and a commitment to customer satisfaction
