A local manufacturing company producing high quality Bread Fillings since 2006. The company also have a wide portfolio of imported bakery ingredients to cater to its existing clients based. Being a family owned company it maintains a closely-knit organization despite its growing nationwide distribution.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Sales Technician based in Cavite and/or Laguna. The Bakery Sales Technician will be responsible for engaging with bakery and end-users, conducting bakery-to-bakery survey, mapping of accounts and effectively promoting the products of the company. The Technician will also be responsible for sales activities, product lines introduction, sampling, conversion and conducting technical discussions with bakers and owners on product usage and features. The person submits real-time reports through daily bakery and area saturation in his area of assignment.

Qualifications

  • Presentable, highly confident and good communication skills
  • Can establish rapport and conduct bakery survey and area mapping.
  • Good listening and writing skills; able to adhere to coverage plan and process flow.
  • Motorized, geographically sound and able to establish routes in Cavite and Laguna.
  • High level reliability and strong sense of work discipline and commitment.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, results-oriented and values team work.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Technician in the food industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service .
