We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked items. The Baker will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards, following recipes and food safety guidelines, and assisting in developing new bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  • Monitor baking process, oven temperatures, and product appearance.
  • Ensure freshness, presentation, and consistency of all baked products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and test new recipes when required.
  • Work with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to follow recipes and meet quality standards.
  • Creativity and passion for baking and product presentation.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle long hours and heavy baking equipment.
  • At least a High School Diploma; Culinary/Baking certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
