End Unit and Computing Unit (EUCU) Supervisor is responsible in leading, propose, budget, planning, designing, implementation and hands-on management of all end-user computing devices and associated services, including workstations, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets across various platforms such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.

This role requires strong technical proficiency in design, configuration, maintenance, security, and support of hardware and software systems. The EUCU Supervisor ensures cost-effective deployment and lifecycle management of devices, manages software licenses, enforces patch management, and monitors service performance through SLAs.

Additionally, the role includes responsibility for asset tagging and inventory accuracy in coordination with the IT vendor and asset management teams. Over time, this position will grow into a team leadership role, guiding junior staff in support delivery, systems improvement, and operational excellence.

  • Directly responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets across various platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
  • Serving as the first line of support, the EUCU Supervisor handles troubleshooting for core business applications such as NetSuite, Active directory, productivity suites, and other end-user tools.
  • Patch deployment for operating systems and software to maintain system integrity and reduce security vulnerabilities.
  • Performs device benchmarking, collecting data on usage patterns, technical performance, and user feedback.
  • End-to-end asset management.

Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree

Required course(if applicable): BS in Computer Science 4 year course

Suggested Certification/Professional License (if applicable): ITIL

Field of Specialization (if applicable): FMCG, IT
