•Ensure and upkeep all programs installed are licensed and applicable.

•Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains computer hardware, software and data/voice communication equipment;

•Setup, configures and upgrades the operating system;

•Perform preventive maintenance of computer hardware and software either in the office or at car park site;

•Assists in maintaining and administering local area network;

•Maintain and upgrade the MPMPI website;

•Manage user accounts, security and workstation configurations, and write user/technical documentation;

•Evaluates system performance and reports to management;

•Prepares and maintains inventory of hardware and software;
