Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing key financial processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and delivering accurate financial reports. A deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, intercompany transactions, and month-end procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and verify invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with BIR and company policies. Address and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and consolidate cash flow forecasts, including tax-related components (VAT, EWT, ITR) and other financial obligations. Provide accurate cash flow insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Generate and analyze P&L reports segmented by technology and profit centers. Ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights to management.
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Execute assigned journal entries, month-end tasks, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit assigned month-end reports in a timely manner.
  • Handle tax-related processes, including VAT, income tax returns (ITR), EWT and other compliance requirements.
  • Perform reconciliations for selected balance sheet accounts. Manage and maintain schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and company standards.
  • Supervise the Accounting Assistant to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and adherence to standards.
  • Execute other tasks and projects as assigned by management, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 4-6 years experience in the position.
  • Proven experience in general accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite and Google Sheet is an advantage
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City 4 times onsite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
