ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Engages assigned client accounts and solicit inputs and feedback that will drive supply chain and logistics service level
• Redesigns processes and systems, implement sustainable plans to reduce and eliminate incidence of non-quality order and adhere to quality order standards and protocol
• Plans, implements and controls the movement of goods from- regular orders, new product, phase in-phase out and allocation initiatives, services and information from Unilab to customer and vice versa based on corporate defined timelines and specifications
• Integrates internal teams of S&CD, credit, supply, warehouse, order management, credit, and freight forwarders to elevate perfect order performance
• Reviews supply status of area business teams and implement corrective and preventive fulfilment plans to recover supply gaps experienced by the area business team and division assigned to create supply chain and logistics value
• Enables joint forecasting in order generation process and lead the planning process for supply, demand and logistics that will drive optimal supply service levels when applicable
• Drives the end to end reverse logistics activities that will ensure seamless flow of returned goods from customer to designated disposal facility/treatment site and where relevant, application of credit memos and generate efficiencies in returns lead time, accuracy and operational costs
• Transforms and re-engineers existing traditional and non-digital order and return business processes and services, or create new ones, to meet with the evolving trends, conditions and customer expectations, thus completely digitizing the way business processes are managed and operated
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
• Preferably Business Administration course
• With three (3) to six (6) years of work experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP and other related software

Work schedule and provisions attached to the job such as overtime pay, incentives, company car, and others will not be automatically carried over upon transfer to a new job.
