What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent technical support to ServiceIT+ customers and internal teams
  • Participate in product installation, configuration, QA, testing, and training
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and support post-sales activities
  • Help implement IT solutions and create product documentation (UAT scripts, design docs, hand-over files)
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, sales teams, and project leads
  • Occasionally travel to meet with clients and support field operations
  • Help implement IT solutions in areas such as
    Cybersecurity

and
IT Service/Asset Management

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar IT role
  • Basic knowledge of Networking, SQL, and System Administration (AD, Web, Apache, Email)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for tech
