Job Qualification:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and Agile
  • Should have good communication skill
  • Experience in Banking and /or Finance company
  • Prefer ASAP candidates
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up with 2-3 RTO per week either in Makati City

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for banking applications and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of functional requirements.
  • Support the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) by helping track progress, scope, and deliverables.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • Participate in testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
  • Conduct basic data analysis and reporting to support project decisions.
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to solution design discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or related project support roles.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with banking or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or Lucidchart).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience writing user stories or business process documentation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Interest in financial technology and digital banking trends.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3-12 months

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
