Job Purpose

The Infrastructure Security Officer is responsible for overall administration of security infrastructure/operations, technical and procedural support for the bank's corporate information assets to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability. He/she will act as a red team member and/or policy-maker by providing security guidance, best practices and solutions to mitigate or solve complex information security issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implements and maintains the secure IT Infrastructure design.
  • Administration of security tools for Application, Network, System, Workplace Security
  • Maintains the device/tool's security policies and health or availability.
  • Conducts Vulnerability Assessment and Security Testing for network, applications, systems and endpoints (may include social engineering).
  • Assessing and benchmarking web, email, endpoints (mobile, workstation, servers, devices) and network security posture of the bank.
  • Assist compliance, audit and/or risk assessors with supporting documents related to security infrastructure and processes that are required during audits and/or risk assessments.
  • Ensures all policies are up-to-date and leaving minimal to zero risk security exposure. Comply for any regulatory body both for banking and security requirements.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Information Security and/or IT Infrastructure, Operations and Network.
  • Must be assertive in implementing policies, guidelines, procedures reviewing security and technology related controls.
  • Must have knowledge in scripting (powershell, python, etc), DevSecOps, cloud and container security. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have an ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as member of the team. Must have integrity, combined with high personal and professional standards.
