About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT professional to join our team at Risla Collection Inc. as an IT Support Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees across our Makati City, Metro Manila office. This is a crucial position that will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our information technology systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT problems, offering timely resolutions
  3. Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals
  4. Assist with the implementation and configuration of new software and hardware
  5. Document IT-related processes and procedures to maintain accurate records
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our technology systems
  7. Collaborate with the broader IT team to identify and resolve complex issues

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  2. Strong technical skills and familiarity with a range of hardware, software, and networking technologies
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  4. Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-IT personnel
  5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT support or a related field would be highly advantageous
