Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
Job Overview:
- Welcome and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing emails, handling data entry, and maintaining filing systems.
- Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
- Perform other general office tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
