Key Responsibilities:
- Handling front office reception and administration duties; including greeting guests and any related admin work that might be assigned from time to time.
- Handling company inquiries.
- Receive supplies/ materials requests from other departments, gather product quotations, and order on behalf of the requesting department.
- Placing orders for all the supplies and fund requests.
- Encode the office supplies inventory and ensure accurate inventory information.
- Act as custodian of office supplies and consumables materials.
