OPERATIONS MANAGER We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our Customs Brokerage operations. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement of services, ensuring timely delivery and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Duties and Responsibilities Direct and manage all aspects of Customs Brokerage operations, including transportation, warehousing, trucking up to delivery management. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Lead and motivate a team of customs brokerage professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and optimize service levels and costs. Evaluate vendor performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards. Streamline the supply chain by analyzing and optimizing shipment releases, tariff familiarity, transportation routes, and to meet customer demands efficiently. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Monitor on-time delivery, and other relevant metrics to ensure operational excellence. Ensure compliance with customs regulations related to logistics, transportation, and shipment release management. Develop and manage the budget, monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost‑saving initiatives. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the brokerage operations to increase efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and industry standards to continuously improve brokerage processes and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Customs Business Administration, or broad experience in Customs Brokerage. Proven experience as Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the Customs brokerage or in relation to. SALES MANAGER We are seeking a highly driven and results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. MUST BE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE & LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE and/or EXPERT and/or BS CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. A strong background in sales leadership—preferably within the Customs Brokerage industry—will be key to excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales goals. Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports on team progress. Identify new market opportunities and spearhead lead generation initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize results. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends. Able to forecast Profit and Loss. Preferred Qualification Background in Customs Brokerage & Logistics or related industries is an advantage. Proven experience in Customs Brokerage and/or Customs Administration. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Has Strong negotiation skills in expanding the Sales niche. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage. Administrative and Receptionist Assistant Responsible for providing front desk support, administrative assistance, and office coordination to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting in various clerical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Reception Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously and professionally. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and inquiries. Manage reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment. Receive, sort, and distribute mails, deliveries, and packages. Administrative Support Prepare and maintain office correspondence, reports, and records. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Assist in organizing company events and activities. Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies; coordinate with suppliers as needed. Prepare Inventory of Office Supplies, Office requirements, Utilities supplies and any related to. Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital). Handles utility for cleanliness of the Office. Clerical and Coordination Tasks Support HR departments with basic data entry and document processing. Assist in handling petty cash and reimbursement requests (if applicable). Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies. RECRUITMENT OFFICER Responsibilities include developing strategies to attract candidates, writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, extending job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. They also manage job postings, maintain candidate databases, ensure legal compliance, and promote the company's employer brand. This position will be shared services with other new units and/or other new business of the Company under the umbrella. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective plans. Candidate Sourcing Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Source candidates using databases, professional networking, and other channels. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential hires. Hiring and, Pre‑Onboarding, On‑Boarding Manage and extend job offers to successful candidates with the approval of HRA Head. Facilitate the pre‑onboarding, onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully integrated. Process all necessary hiring paperwork and maintain employee records. Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Provide analytical reports on recruitment activities to management.
