  • Ensures a personalized service to our colleagues, guests/ clients.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, and accompany them to their meeting room booked.
  • To be able to explain the facilities and services available for their comfort and pleasure with the collaboration of the Front Desk staff.
  • Remains immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests' needs.
  • Coordinates with front desk, office assist, and housekeeping services by notifying them of the status of the meetings, coordinating special requests of guests/ clients, and informing them of the appropriate time to provide cleaning.
  • Reports deficiencies or safety hazards to Admin.
  • Ensures a consistent level of service.
  • Maintains confidentiality of guest information and activities.
  • Provides documentation daily to the front desk agents on special requests and particular likes and dislikes of each guest/client, which is to be used by the staff for future visits and updated in the guest's history profiles.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
