Key responsibilities

  • Unit preparation and inspection: Ensure units are ready for turnover by checking for cleanliness, functionality, and completeness. Perform and assist with quality control inspections, sometimes preparing a "punch list" of any required fixes.
  • Client coordination: Schedule and conduct unit walkthroughs and handovers with clients. Answer their questions, address concerns, and guide them through the acceptance process, which may include virtual tours.
  • Documentation and reporting: Prepare and process all turnover documents, reports, and other related submittals. This can include creating turnover videos and coordinating the transfer of keys and ownership.
  • Liaison and communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams. Coordinate with departments like Property Administration, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as responding to emails and phone calls regarding turnover concerns, and updating account statuses.
  • Inventory and maintenance: Maintain and monitor inventory of units that are ready for turnover to ensure their readiness.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Customer service: Experience in customer-facing roles is often required due to the direct client interaction involved.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for preparing units and completing all necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Organization: The ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously is necessary.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with relevant software, such as Salesforce for activity logs and other reporting tools, may be required.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in fields like Real Estate Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or Mass Communication is often preferred.
