  • Greet and assist visitors, manage calls, messages, and maintain appointment schedules
  • Handle mail, courier dispatch, and ensure cleanliness of the front desk and waiting area
  • Coordinate with other departments for inquiries or follow-ups
  • Facilitate the application, renewal, and monitoring of business permits, licenses, insurance, and bonds
  • Supervise the maintenance staff, messengers and drivers by managing their daily schedule
  • Ensure that office premises are maintained to provide a safe, efficient and equipped workspace
  • Work with the Procurement department to maintain supplies for the office
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or in related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • 1+ years of work experience as receptionist/admin specialist
