The Head of Sales for Key Accounts is responsible for managing strategic client relationships while actively identifying and acquiring new key account clients.   • Identify and pursue potential key account clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-value prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align key account strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Mentor junior account managers and sales development representatives.

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client engagement.

  • Use CRM tools to manage accounts and analyze sales data for insights and forecasting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in key account management and sales development.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and strategic account growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Must be willing to work on-site
