SALES MONITORING HEAD
Work Location: Rockwell, Makati City

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Monitoring Head to oversee and manage all sales monitoring operations for our branches nationwide. The role involves validating and analyzing daily sales reports, coordinating with sales representative and managers for performance updates, and providing actionable recommendations to help improve sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and guide the Sales Monitoring Team in various offices.
•Oversee daily consolidation and validation of sales reports from all branches.
•Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends and declines.
•Coordinate with sales representative and branch managers regarding sales drops or issues.
•Prepare and present consolidated sales reports and performance summaries.
•Recommend action plans to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related field.
•Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales monitoring, data analysis, or corporate reporting.
•Strong leadership and analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Willing to work onsite at Rockwell, Makati City.
